Refunds: While we test the lullaby creation process thoroughly, mistakes and bugs can happen. If a lullaby didn't turn out right, please email us and we'll work together to understand what happened. If you are still not satisfied, please request a refund from Apple by visiting Apple's refund page.
Account deletion: You can delete your account from the Settings screen in the app. All data and audio files are removed within 24 hours.
Sharing issues: Shared lullaby links expire after 30 days. You can create a new link from the lullaby at any time.
