Welcome to Starry Songs. By using our app and website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Starry Songs is a mobile application that generates personalized lullabies for children's bedtime routines. You provide a child's first name and comfort items, and we generate original audio lullabies tailored to your child.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal guardian of a child to create an account and use Starry Songs. Each person may maintain one account.

3. Acceptable Use

Starry Songs is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit generated lullabies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service or its AI models
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Create accounts using false information

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Lullabies generated by Starry Songs are created for your personal use. You may play, share, and enjoy them with your family and caregivers. Starry Songs retains ownership of the underlying software and service. The generated audio content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Payments & Credits

• Lullabies can be purchased individually (a la carte) or with credit bundles through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
• All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process. If a lullaby did not meet your expectations, please contact us at support@starrysongs.com and we will work with you to make it right.
• Pricing may change at any time. Existing credits are not affected by price changes.

6. Sharing

You may share lullabies with caregivers via shareable links. Shared links expire after 30 days but can be regenerated. You are responsible for who you share links with. Recipients do not need an account to listen.

7. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support@starrysongs.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon account deletion, your data and audio files are permanently removed within 24 hours.

8. Service Availability

Starry Songs is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starry Songs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of Starry Songs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
